All orders received on line are processed within 48 hours and an email confirmation is sent out confirming the order has been received.
All orders with automatic payment (VISA/MASTERCARD/ PAYMENT EXPRESS) are dispatched within three working days, and using the most suitable and efficient freight options.
Orders are placed on line, and then payment is made via bank deposit/cheques. Orders are processed once the payment has been received or cheque cleared.
Preferred Option for dispatch is via a freight company that offers online tracking of the goods. In most circumstances the goods will be delivered within 8 working days.
Please refer to the terms and conditions for risk and insurance. (Note clause 21 in terms and conditions) “The risks in the goods and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise will pass to You immediately on the goods being dispatched from our or agents warehouse”
In some cases, due to manufacturer’s limitations, the delivery time could be longer. In this case an email or phone call to the purchaser will be made within 3 workings days, and confirmation of delivery times will be confirmed. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered within a 5 week time line from date of order, a full refund will be offered.
Special order, or special colours will be confirmed at the time of order, these will be produced by the manufacturer on an indent basis and are not subject to the standard dispatch and delivery terms.
